Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all students and applicants of INNOVATE-U COMPUTER TRAINING INSTITUTE PVT LTD . By enrolling in any course or making a payment to the institute, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

1. All fees paid to IUCTI Educational Foundation are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
2. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances such as change of course, personal reasons, non-attendance, or discontinuation by the student.

2. Admission Cancellation by Student

1. If a student chooses to cancel admission after payment of fees, no refund shall be provided.
2. Registration fees, admission fees, and course fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. Admission Cancellation by Institute

1. In rare cases where the institute cancels a course or batch due to unavoidable reasons, a refund may be considered on a pro-rata basis or as decided by management.
2. The institute reserves the right to deduct administrative and processing charges, if applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Components

The following components are strictly non-refundable:

1. Registration / Admission fees
2. Course fees (full or partial)
3. Examination fees
4. Study material fees
5. Demo class fees (if any)

5. Absence or Discontinuation

1. No refund will be issued if a student fails to attend classes, examinations, or discontinues the course midway.
2. Absence due to medical or personal reasons does not entitle the student to a refund.

6. Fee Payment Errors

1. In case of duplicate payment made by mistake, students must report the issue within 7 working days with valid proof.
2. Such cases will be reviewed and resolved by the institute management.

7. Changes in Course or Batch

1. Requests for course change or batch transfer are subject to management approval.
2. Any difference in fees due to such changes must be paid by the student. Refunds will not be issued.

8. Management Discretion

1. The decision of the management regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
2. No claims shall be entertained beyond the terms mentioned in this policy.

9. Policy Updates

INNOVATE-U COMPUTER TRAINING INSTITUTE PVT LTD reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
